Dolpure Shipping & Delivery Policy

📍 Shipping Origin & Destination
All Dolpure crystal pieces are curated, hand-selected, and shipped directly from our primary fulfillment hub in China to ensure raw stone quality and authentic craftsmanship. We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.

⏱️ Order Processing & Delivery Timeline
* Order Processing: We meticulously review, cleanse, and pack your energy pieces within 2-3 business days after your order is placed.
* International Transit & Customs: Packages are then safely dispatched via reliable international air couriers. This leg typically takes 7-12 business days and requires clearance through U.S. Customs.
* Local Delivery: After clearing customs, your parcel is handed over to local carriers (usually USPS) for final delivery to your doorstep within 2-3 business days.
* Total Estimated Delivery: Please allow 10-15 total business days for delivery from the date your order is placed. Please note that minor delays may occasionally occur during holidays, peak shopping seasons, or customs inspections, which are beyond our control.

Standard Trackable Shipping (10-15 business days):
* On orders under $49.99, a flat shipping fee of $6.99 applies.
* On orders $49.99 and above, enjoy FREE Standard Shipping.

📦 Order Tracking & Updates
Once your order is dispatched from our hub, you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this number to check your package's real-time location and status as it travels to you.

⚠️ Important Information
* Duties & Taxes: According to U.S. Customs regulations, low-value personal jewelry parcels typically do not incur additional import duties. However, the recipient (you) is responsible for all potential import duties, taxes, and related clearance fees, should any be applied by your local authorities.
* Address Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address (including apartment numbers and ZIP code) is completely accurate at checkout. Dolpure is not responsible for failed deliveries, lost parcels, or additional fees resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
