📅 Return Window & Eligibility

You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return for most items.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unused, unopened, and in its original condition.
• In the original, undamaged packaging with all tags and accessories.
• Accompanied by a valid order number or proof of purchase.

⚠️ Important Policy for International Orders

Due to our direct shipping model from China, please note these key terms:

• Return Shipping Cost: The customer is responsible for all costs associated with shipping the item back to our designated return address. We will provide this address upon return authorization.
• Restocking/Processing Fee: A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund for all non-defective returns. This fee covers our original international shipping cost and processing labor. No fee is charged if the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item shipped).
• Non-Refundable Original Shipping: The original shipping fee you paid (or the equivalent cost for free shipping orders) is not refundable.
• Lost Return Packages: For your protection, we strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service. Dolpure is not liable for return packages that are lost, damaged, or misrouted in transit.

🔁 How to Initiate a Return

1. Contact Us: Email f25518799@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and reason for return.
2. Get Authorization & Instructions: If your request is approved, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide a return address (often a US-based address for efficiency).
3. Ship Your Return: Mail the item to the provided address, with the RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the package. Remember to obtain and keep your tracking number.

💰 Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund.

• Processing Time: Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after the return is approved.
• Refund Amount: You will be refunded the item's purchase price, minus any applicable restocking fee. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
• Bank Processing: Please allow additional time (typically 5-10 business days) for the refund to post to your bank or credit card account.
